Cancellation Policy

We will not be held responsible for loss, theft, injury, damage or accidents sustained to personal property, individuals or animals whilst using the facility. All vehicles parked on the property are left entirely at their owner’s risk. Please be aware that if you or your dog(s) may sustain accidental injuries while on our premises you must agree to cover any personal or veterinary fees pertaining to yourself or your dog(s). Central Bark North East Ltd are not liable for any accidents or injuries caused on the property. The facility is available for dogs from a maximum of 2 households with a total of 4 dogs and owners only. Please contact us to agree any other number. Exempt Breeds We welcome exempt breeds with the correct insurance and paperwork, please contact us prior to booking to arrange. Dog’s Health & Handling All dogs using our facilities must be fully vaccinated or have a clear titre test. During Hire the client is to be held responsible for their dog at all times. You are responsible for securing doors/gates and keeping control of your dog. Dogs must be on lead and under control until inside and secured in the arena. We are on a working farm and in a public car park so dogs must be on lead at all times outside of the building. Our paddock & the use of any other fields on the property is strictly prohibited. Ethics! We are a reward based, positive training company and we hold certain beliefs and values and we ask for you to respect them: Choke chains, prong collars and electronic devices are not allowed. Harsh handling of dogs, either verbal or physical is not allowed. If your dog, or any other it lives with, is showing any signs ill health (coughing, diarrhoea, vomiting, general lethargy etc) you must cancel the session. Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your session to allow the user before to leave, please leave at the time stated. The facility is available for public use only and not for sub hire form any other businesses. Cleaning/Damage Do not allow your dog to toilet in the arena, doing so will result in a cleaning charge. Any damage intentional or otherwise will be charged for, you are responsible for the equipment while you are in the building. Payment, Cancellations and Rescheduling Payment for hire is made prior to arrival. Appointments may be rescheduled via email up to 12 hours prior to your booking. Once you have booked you cannot cancel but may reschedule.
