Class bookings will direct you to paypal, you do not need to have your own paypal account to use this facility, you can checkout as a guest. It is simply a safe and secure way to pay. If you would prefer to pay by BACS please contact us with the class you would like to book and we can forward you our detail
Private Training options allow you to add items to the shopping cart prior to booking.

COVID - 19
Please note that due to current government restrictions are classes are capped 6 dogs and we can only have 1 person attend with each dog. Another family member may wait in the car or observe from outside of the training paddock. Social distancing rules apply at all times.

Terms and Conditions
Please be aware that all dogs must be fully vaccinated to attend our facility. A valid vaccination certificate must be presented at your first session. As concerns grow over the health risks of vaccinations we are also happy to accept a clear titre test result from your veterinarian. We do not require dogs to be vaccinated for kennel cough. If they have had Kennel Cough or been vaccinated for it they must stay away from the premises for 14 days from the vaccination date or from symptoms showing clear. Failure to bring along proof of vaccinations may result in you being turned away from your session.
We will also require you to fill in and bring along a training form which can be downloaded to the left of this text box. .
When paying online you will be allocated a slot in the class you have chosen from the drop down menu. For private sessions/home visits please contact us to make an appointment before you book. Once we have confirmed a date and time we will ask you to revisit this page to confirm your session via payment in full. Once payment has been made an email will be automatically issued to the email address you used when making payment; this will include a training form and list of items to bring along to your first session. Please also read our cancellation policy at the bottom of this page.
Prior to booking a training place with Central Bark, please consider your availability and schedule. All training sessions (classes and private training) are booked/ paid for in advance. As a small business we are left personally out of pocket in the case of last minute cancellation.
Upon booking a class we reserve a spot for you in a class of limited numbers. If you wish to cancel a class space Central Bark require 7 working days notice in order to refund your class fee. 10% will be deducted for administration charges.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund if a cancellation is made after this time, nor are we are able to issue partial refunds for missed classes or transfer the funds towards other services offered.
If you or your dog is unable to attend due to an injury or illness during your course, we will do our best to find you a space in a suitable class; but this cannot be guaranteed. If we cancel a class, you will receive a full refund with the exception of circumstances beyond our control such as extreme weather.
If a private training session is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice the payment will be lost.
